Barbara was born November 20, 1937 in Leed, South Dakota. After her move to Seattle she attended Jane Adams Jr. High and Lincoln High school.

While being active in every aspect of her children's lives she was helping her husband, Marvin, build their very successful business, Modern Sewer Constr. Co.

Once her children were grown she started trapshooting with Marvin which allowed them to travel around the country together.

True to her nature she gave 100%. She became president of the P.I.T.A. where she started the P.I.T.A. Trapshooting Hall of Fame.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Marvin and their three kids, Shannon (Jon), Shelly and Cody, six grand kids and four great grandkids.

A celebration of life will be held Monday, August 20, 2018 at 10AM at Floral Hills Lynnwood.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in her name to Seattle Children's Orthopedic Hospital, it was dear to her heart.
