Salt Lake City, Utah-Billie Toone, age 92, of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Billie was born August 12, 1926, to William P. Hock and Clara I. Ogden. She graduated from West High School and worked for GSA for 31 years and Mountain Bell for 15 years. She served as Worthy Grand Matron of Adah Chapter #15, Order of the Eastern Star 1985, Worthy Grand Matron of the Grand Jurisdiction of Utah 1992-1993, and member of the Ladies Orient Shrine of North America. She is survived by 3 sons and a daughter with multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services for Billie will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018, at the Saint Stephens Episcopal Church on 4615 S 3200 W, West Valley City at 11:00AM with a burial at the Croyden Cemetery, in Croyden, Utah.
