While raising seven children, mom worked for the Valley Music Hall (now known as the Regional Center for the LDS Church) for many years. We all loved it when we were able to attend the musicals and concerts that were held there.
Following Her work at the Valley Music Hall, She worked for Ballard Wade Subaru. Following her work there, she worked for The Salt Lake Golden Eagles Hockey Club. She retired from her job at the Salt Lake Golden Eagles when she and Dad decided to serve a mission for The . They served in the Canada Calgary Mission from February 1988 - to September 1989. Following their mission they moved to North Salt Lake, Utah. She and Dad served in the Salt Lake LDS Temple for three years and in the Bountiful Utah LDS Temple for seven years.
Mom's greatest love in life was her family, she always wanted a big family and she and Dad were blessed with seven children. They were often blessed with a few extra who needed a place to stay. Our home was small and often crowded but Mom always told us if there's room in your heart there's room in your home.
She loved serving in the Mutual organization where she served for many years and grew to love all the girls she worked with. She also loved having the opportunity to serve as the Relief Society President, she and Dad loved serving together as the Temple Preparation Teachers.
