Ms. Anne M. (Betty) Washington, born on August 4, 1940 in Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away at age 78 on August 5, 2018 in Houston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her son Harrison Salera Mills, and her daughters Jaqueline Mills and Salena Dauphine Mills.
She is survived by her daughters Kimberly Ann Mills, Mary Melissa Mills; son, Charlie Harold Mills III; and numerous grand children, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Known for her warm and direct approach, she loved to play cards and to entertain family and friends. A celebration of life service is TBD.
