Benny B. Ruth
1927-2018
Benny B. Ruth left this earth on Friday, December 28, 2018, at 91 years young.
He joined his wife, Ruth V. Ruth (Smith), in heaven; he missed her so. Both Ruth and Benny graduated from Reagan High School and the University of Houston.
Benny was also preceded in death by his parents, Charles Louis and Frona Ruth (Johnson); his brother, Charles Jr. He is survived by his three children, Sharon (Clyde) Faseler, Laura (Ravi) Agee, and Robert (Carolyn) Ruth; seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
Benny was a good, loyal and honest man.
The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday, January 6, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home. A celebration of Benny's life will take place in Forest Park's chapel on Monday, January 7, at 11:00 a.m. and will be immediately followed by a reception in the event room. A committal service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. at Houston National Cemetery.
