PAGE, JR., Dennis "Denny" Dennis "Denny" Page Jr., age 55, lost his courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, July 25th. Denny was surrounded by his loving family and friends. He is survived by his wife Elaine; parents Sandi and Dennis Page Sr.; brothers Bob and Michael Page; his daughter Katy Smith (husband Charles, their children Parker and Hudson); his son Jake Page (wife Jessie, their daughter Jolie Ann). Lieutenant Denny Page retired from the Dallas Fire Department after 33 years of service in August 2017. Denny loved being a fire fighter and he deeply loved his fire department "family". Those who knew Denny, fondly remember his passion for life; his devotion to Elaine; his God given creativity and imagination; and his "zest" for every hobby that he took on. Denny's enthusiasm was evident by everything his hands touched. He loved wood-working; painting, fishing, hunting, bicycling, and even sewing. Denny immersed himself in every project; he did everything "with love". It was Denny's wish, in lieu of flowers, for donations to St. Jude's Children Hospital be made in his honor to help provide cancer care at no cost to families. Your donation can be made at www.stjude.org. Visitation was held at Restland Memorial Chapel, on Monday, July 30th from 6pm-8pm. A "Celebration of Denny's LIfe" will be held at the Restland Memorial Chapel, Tuesday, July 31st at 11am.
