Beverly Francis Pitt
Celebration of life is Wednesday
Beverly Francis Pitt, age 79, of East Orange, N.J. made her transition on Oct. 15, 2018.
A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Whigham Funeral Home, 580 Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Blvd., Newark, N.J. Interment is at Fairmount Cemetery, Newark. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Born in Newark, Beverly was a resident of East Orange.
She was the beloved mother of John J. Pitt Jr., Hope Pitt, Craig Pitt, Mark Pitt, and Beverly Pitt; dear daughter of the late Jim and Marion Brown, and mother-in-law of Nadirah Pitt. She is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Beverly was predeceased by one sister and two brothers.
