Cedar Grove teacher for three decades
Annette L. Helwig, 91, of White River Junction, Vt., formerly of Cedar Grove, N.J., passed away on Nov. 12, 2018.
Visitation is Friday, Nov. 16, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home, 486 Pompton Ave., Cedar Grove. Services begin on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. A prayer service will be offered at 10:30 a.m. with entombment at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, N.J. Full obituary at shookscedargrove.com.
Annette was a teacher with the Cedar Grove Board of Education for 31 years, retiring in 1993.
She was the mother of Lyn Hoffman (Richard) and Keith Helwig; grandmother of Eric and Christopher Helwig, Amanda Cebula, and Jeremy Hoffman, and great-grandmother of Addilyn Cebula.
