(Helensburgh) David Sloan Coullie Arthur MBE. On 28th December 2018, peacefully at home after a period of illness. Much beloved husband of the late Mary (née Frost), father of Gillian and Seonaid, and the late Catriona and grandfather of Colin, Ruth, Deborah,  Max and Hannah and great-grandfather to Dawson. Formerly Rector of Greenfaulds High School and Principal of Lomond School, and one-time Chairman of the Samaritans. Private family cremation to take place at Cardross Crematorium on 12th January. Followed by a Memorial Service at Helensburgh Parish, Colquhoun Square, Helensburgh at 10.30 a.m. No black ties.
