Mrs. Barbara Ruth (Hartstein) Ostrow, born April 24, 1932 in Chicago, passed away on November 25. Wife of the late Richard Ostrow and preceded in death by her twin sister, Harriet Spiesman, Barbara is survived by four children, James, Leonard, Jill and Joel, and eight grandchildren.
