Barbara Evans Wiggins  
Barbara was called home on Friday, October 19, 2018. She is survived by her son, Jesse Darnell Wiggins (Antoinette) and daughter, Deborah Marie Wiggins; her granddaughters, Dana Wiggins and Darla Wiggins; great-granddaughter, Liya Watts and a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends. Her service is being held at St Paul Baptist Church, 1611 Brentwood Rd NE, Washington DC 20018 on Friday, November 9 at 11 a.m. She is being interred at Rock Creek Cemetery following the service.
