CAROL ANN FERRAR VETTER  
Carol Vetter died on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in Rockville, MD. Born in Missouri, in 1938, to the late George Ferrar and Sigrid Engman. She was a director with the Food and Drug Administration. Carol is survived by her ex-husband Cleveland Vetter, half-sisters Athena Schumacher and Jane Geller and her half-brother George Ferrar. She is also survived by her daughters Kristin (Vetter) Cote and Lisa (Vetter) Hughes as well as four grandchildren, Jacob Hughes, Sarah Cote, Chase Cote and James Hughes. A celebration of Carol's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Montgomery Hospice and/or the .
