BETTY LOU TOLBERT  
November 28, 1930 - October 18, 2018  Betty passed away peacefully 10/18/18 at Suburban hospital.Beloved daughter of James and Mable Tolbert. She was a native of Washington DC and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. She went on to study at Winthrop College in South Carolina. Betty loved to travel and made friends every where she went. Betty is known for her quick wit and great sense of humor. She always liked a good joke. She shared a passion for boating and fishing with her longtime companion John B. Dickman.Betty is survived by her nieces, Nancy Dickman, Terri Dickman-Lewis and nephew Scott O'Connor.She will be dearly missed by all. In lieu of flowers please donate to your local animal shelters.Viewing at Gawler's Funeral Home Saturday 11/3/2018 from 10-12, she will be laid to rest at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
