Visitation with the family on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. and a Celebration of Life on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 10 a.m. Both will be held at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA 20170. Interment will occur at Evergreen Burial Park, 1307 Summitt Ave. SW,Roanoke, VA 24015 on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you make donations to Great Falls Assisted Living at 1121 Reston Avenue, Herndon, VA 20170 in the memory of Ann Simmons.
