Passed away on November 3, 2018. He is survived by his wife Floradine E. Rosier; daughters Monique, Michelle, Felecia and Tawanda; sons Samuel, Bernard and Norris; four grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one sister Wanda; two brothers Nor and Mel and a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. at National Church of God, 6700 Bock Road, Fort Washington, Maryland.
