Charles Francis O'Rourke, Jr.
Of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away at age 73 on March 11, 2018 in Melbourne, Florida, surrounded by his loved ones. Throughout his life, he continued to travel back most years where his love for great food, cheap wine and stinky cheese only grew. After his service, having always had a passion for travel, he enjoyed a long and successful career in the travel industry forging lifelong friendships with both colleagues and clients. Charlie loved life and enjoyed every moment. He had the charisma to light up a room and warm the hearts of those he was with. Charlie was the beloved partner of David Williams. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin O'Rourke and sister, Patricia O'Rourke. Charlie is survived by the mother of his children, Mary O'Rourke-Brors; his children, Colleen Schaefer, Kathleen Cundy, Christine Conrow, Adam O'Rourke and David O'Rourke; his brother, Paul O'Rourke; and grandchildren, Kayla, Austin, Amber, Madison, Wil, Cameron, Gavin, Trent, and Kinley.
