Alice L. Henry  
Of Fairfax, VA died on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Mrs. Henry was born in Front Royal, VA on June 10, 1925, the daughter of the late William C. Ramey and Annie G. Ramey. Mrs. Henry was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Lester R. Henry, in 1994 and her son, Lester Wayne Henry in 1977. Mrs. Henry is survived by her daughter, Sharon Sealock and spouse, Wayne of Fairfax, VA, son, Roger Henry and spouse, Elizabeth of Chantilly, VA and son, Steven Henry and spouse, Anne of Greenville, SC; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; her sister Mary Catherine Ramey of Cobb Island, MD. Mrs. Henry was married in Baltimore, MD in 1942, resided in Fairfax, VA since 1955 and thoroughly enjoyed her many visits with family and friends. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each of whom she loved very much. Mrs. Henry also enjoyed her church, quilting, and gardening. She made the world a better place for those who met her and was truly a one of a kind woman.  Family will receive friends at Fairfax United Methodist Church, 10300 Stratford Ave., Fairfax, VA 22030 on November 19 at 10 a.m. Followed by a celebration service at 11 a.m. Reception will immediately follow in the Fellowship Hall. Interment will be at 1 p.m. at the Fairfax Cemetery, 10567 Main Street, Fairfax, VA.
