Passed away on November 1, 2018. He is survived by his mother Amecia E. Hannibal; daughter Latay Anna Williams; son Bernard Oscar Hannibal, Jr.; grandchildren Noel Janiyah Thompson, Noah Niee Thompson; sisters Joanne D. Wilson and Candice Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by two grandchildren Janiyah Rose Williams and Joel Thompson.
