Peacefully on Thursday, October 25, 2018, Allen went home to be with the Lord surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted wife, April Hall; one son, Akim Hall; siblings, John (Mary), Charles (Margie) and Helen Hall, Velma Henderson, Lova Jean O'Neal and Debra Thomas; one grandchild, Aliya, mother-in-law, Dorothy Matthews and other relatives and friends.
