On Thursday, October 18, 2018, Barbara Watkins Hagans, of Oxon Hill, Maryland. Beloved wife of Leon D. Hagans; dear daughter of the late Johnnie W. and Sarah Watkins; loving mother of Leslie and Lynn Hagans; adored sister of Calvin Watkins (Maureen) and Joan Watkins; she also leaves to cherish her memory a best friend Veronica Adams and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Viewing will be held on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of service, 11 a.m. at Providence St. John Baptist Church, 5607 Old Crain Highway, Upper Marlboro, MD. Interment will take place at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD, on Tuesday, October 30, at 2:30 p.m. Memorial Contributions may be made to Montford Point Marines Association at www.montfordpointmarines.org
