On Friday, November 9, 2018, Basilene O. Graham transitioned to be with the Lord. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Samuel E. Graham, Sr. seven devoted children, numerous grand and great-grandchildren, In-laws and a host of relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Tuesday, November 20, 10 a.m. viewing, 11 a.m. funeral service at Allen Chapel AME Church, 2498 Alabama Avenue, SE, Washington, DC 20020.
