Betty Kay Fink  
Of Rockville, MD passed away on August 2, 2018. Beloved wife of Roger E. Fink; loving mother of the late Sandra Kay Hilty; cherished grandmother of Alyssa Nicole Hilty and Sean Joseph Hilty; caring sister of Margery Jeanne, wife of Arthur Wright, William P. Rudolph and wife Carol and the late Richard Rudolph; daughter of the late David and Kathryn Rudolph.  Kay retired from Montgomery County Government after thirty years of service.
