ALEXANDER HANSON ELY (Age 25)  
October 3, 1993 - October 12, 2018  Of Raleigh, NC, formerly of Washington, DC. Passed away suddenly last week at his home in Raleigh, NC. Alexander attended Maret School in Washington, DC and graduated from Zurich International School in Switzerland. He also attended Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland. Beloved son of Sarah Ely Kelly and the late Douglas M. Ely. Also survived by his sister, Julia; step-father, David Kelly and step-sister, Elisabeth Kelly; grandmother, Cynthia S. Ely and grandfather, Michael E.C. Ely and many loving aunts and uncles, cousins and a large extended family and friends.
