Passed away at the age of 93. Born in Los Angeles; 3rd generation Californian, 1943 graduate of Belmont HS, WWII veteran, bowler and fan of classic Westerns. For almost 45 years he was a co-owner of J & Q Produce Co in Los Angeles. Survived by his loving family: children Michael (Rita), Gary (Nancy), Sharon (Robert Tatsumi); grandchildren Candace, Briana, Daniel, Mitchell; brother Edward; brother-in-laws Albert Quon, Ernst (Jean) Fong, David Wong; sister-in-laws Mary (Hong) Huey, Doris (Freeman) Chang, Tomi Fong; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his beloved wife Lillie; daughter Marianne; parents Gloria and Henry; sister Bernice Quon. Service Saturday, Nov. 3rd at 1pm Rose Hills Whittier SkyRose Chapel. Visitation Friday, Nov. 2nd from 5:00-9:00pm.
