Anna M. Armenti, of Rockaway Township, N.J., passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019, at Merry Heart Assisted Living, Succasunna, N.J.
Visitation is Monday, Jan. 21, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph, N.J., (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass is Tuesday, Jan. 22, at 10 a.m., at Sacred Heart Parish, Dover, N.J. Interment to follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.
Born in Dover, Anna had been a longtime resident of Rockaway Township. She worked as a clerk for Jersey Central Power and Light, Morristown, N.J., until her retirement in 1982.
She was a former member of the Rockaway Township Senior Citizens. Anna enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, crocheting and reading.
She is survived by her two daughters, Ellen Theis of Rockaway and Jean Opdyke (Gene) of North Carolina; three granddaughters, Kathy Wade (Tim), Kristen LeVan (Ron) and Kimberly Marucci (Frank); three great-grandsons, Anthony Wade, and Franco and Leo Marucci, brother, Pasquale Visioli (Penny) of Delaware, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony, in 1999; three brothers, Domenic, Emedio and Emilio, and sister, Ellen Visioli.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to either Seeing Eye, P.O. Box 375, Morristown, N.J. 07963, or , P.O. Box 50, Memphis, Tenn. 38101.
