Carol F. Alden passed away Sunday, Oct. 28, in the comfort of her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Frances Simpson, and her beloved husbands, John Horbach and John Alden.
She is survived by her loving and devoted family, Son, Tom (Sue) Horbach, and Daughter, Diane Papenhause; Grandchildren, Lauren (John) Knight, Jenna and Kevin Papenhause, many Nieces and Nephews, and valued Daughter-In-Law Pat (Ed) Fields. Dear Sister of Ron (Kathy) Simpson.
Carol was a member of St Linus Church, was active in the Women's Guild, and appeared in many musical productions of "Way Off Broadway". She volunteered for many years at the "Neat Repeat" Thrift stores.
