MILLER, ADELINE FILIPPINI, born in Pennsylvania May 28, 1929. She was 89 years old. Mom was an achiever she loved to work and she got things done. Mom was a very kind person, who treated everyone with respect. No matter if you were corporate, or a janitor. She made time for everyone. People loved her because she was an excellent listener. A quality not found to much today. Mom loved to be involved. She would take on every challenge. She started her own Pygmalion, which was a finishing school for women. She taught you how to act, walk, sit and how to dress. Word of mouth on how good a job she was doing got to LB Maytag the president of National airlines. She hired mom on the first interview and put her in charge of flight service for the entire airline. She was the fashion coordinator. Wow! She loved that job and they loved her. From there when National airlines went out of business, she did the same thing for Pan American Airlines. She also make great strides with them. Then moms last job was going to work for the Dade County Fair. She loved that job also. She was in charge of Vendor Relations and VIP service. She treated everyone like kings and queens. Again her commitment to excellent was very obvious and her work ethic was second to none. Mom was known for getting things done, and having time for everyone. Mom had the "IT" factor and she deserved it. She was one great lady who never met a challenge she couldn't overcome. Survived by son Bob (Lynn) and grandsons Chad and Brett Miller. Visitation 10:30 am until Service time 11:30 am Monday October 15th at VAN ORSDEL CORAL GABLES. Entombment Vista Memorial.
