GEORGE, AGNES Predeceased by beloved husband of 70 years, Harvey George who passed away just 8 weeks ago. Survived by daughters Jennifer George, Donna George and Melissa George and grandchildren Julia George-Jones and Nicholas George-Jones and many nieces and nephews. Agnes lived a rich and interesting life. She held a variety of jobs including counseling college students of career choices at Hofstra University and working as a travel agent. She was a licensed designer and decorator and loved collecting antique posters and furniture that she artfully integrates into the modern condos and homes she worked on. She and Harvey were worldwide travelers and met many new friends along the way. We love you very much Mom and will always miss you. You were a great example of how to be a strong and independent woman. A visitation will take place at Caballero Rivero Little Havana Chapel, on Friday November 23, 2018 from 9:30-11:00am service will begin at 11:00am followes a Christian burial at Our Lady of Mercy cemetery.
