Chai, Arthur passed away Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018 in Miami, Florida at age 75. Born in Kingston, Jamaica and migrating to Miami in 1977, he became a local business owner. He was part owner of Island Delight in Kendall which was active in South Florida's Jamaican Community for over 20 years. He is survived by his loving wife Beverley, to whom he was happily married for 46 years; his daughters Simone Chai-Scott and Cecile Chai-Rodriguez; his son, Dale Chai; his grandchildren Dylan, Keira, and Kayden; his son-in-laws William Scott Jr. and Emanuele Rodriguez; his four brothers and sister; his nieces and nephews. Friends and family may attend a service in his honor on Wednesday, October 10 at 10am at Kendall Community Church of God 8795 SW 112 Street, Miami, FL 33176. Visitation will be held at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South, 11655 SW 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33186 at 1pm followed by Interment at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in his name to the .
