Generous, caring wife, mother, and grandmother
Blanche H. Adler passed away peacefully at the age of 91 in Livingston, N.J., on Nov. 3, 2018.
Blanche will be laid to rest today, Monday, Nov. 5, at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, N.J., at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements are being handled by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, 908-964-1500.
Blanche was born Dec. 20, 1926, in Asbury Park, N.J. A resident of Perth Amboy, N.J., and then Union, N.J., she worked many jobs throughout her long life, including 35 years with her husband, David Adler, in the bakery wholesale business and more recently, with the Union Police Department.
She will always be remembered as a generous and caring wife, mother, and grandmother.
Blanche is survived by her son, Barry Adler; daughter-in-law, Deborah Venezia Adler; grandchildren, Alexandra and Samuel Adler; a number of nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband, David, and her daughter, Tobi.
