January 17, 1922 - July 31, 2018 Albert George Miller died at home peacefully July 31, 2018. He was preceded in death by his sisters Alice (Loritsch) and Doris, and brothers Henry and Ralph. He is survived by his wife Lilli, sons Steven (Diane) and Robert; grandsons Timothy (Katrina), Erik, Vincent (Gardiner) and Gabriel (Kelsey); and great-grandchildren Harley Anne & Lion Albert. Al graduated from Garfield High School in 1940. A US Navy veteran who served as Radioman 2 in the Pacific. Worked with Kickson and Miller General Contractors, KB Management until his retirement in 2002. Al was a dedicated father, mentor and friend. A true Californian, he knew his way from the sea to the mountains and back home to the garden. We can all smile having known Al. Donations to: Save the Redwoods League or Keep Our Oceans Clean.
