Ann Kopfman, 80 formerly of Chicago passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018 in Belvidere, IL. Born May 17, 1938 in Evergreen Park, daughter of Charles and Bernice (Trigas) Bortkun. Survivors include her husband, Edward; sons, Steven R. (Sandra) Kopfman and Kenneth M. (Judy) Kopfman; six grandchildren; brother, Charles (Liz) Bortkun. Predeceased by her son Edward D. Kopfman.
