Born in Newark, N.J., Anthony was a former resident of North Brunswick, N.J., and East Millstone, N.J., before moving to Lawrenceville. Anthony was formerly employed with Waste Management, where he received the 1999 Circle of Excellence Award, Longview Waste, National Waste, and co-owned Twin County Disposal with his brother, John, which later became DeLorenzo-Twin County Disposal and, through the years, was a mentor to many in the waste industry field. Prior to his tenure in the waste management field, he worked for many years at the family-owned Airport Limousine. His brother, John, and he ran the successful modified stock car, the "Black Horse Special No. 81", at various New Jersey racetracks, as well as the tri-state area. He enjoyed traveling in his motorhome to numerous NASCAR races throughout the years, and when he was no longer able to travel, never missed watching a race on television. Anthony took great pleasure in spending time with his family and close friends, his beloved Bernese Mountain Dogs (all of whom have passed), and his current Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Shooter and Annie. Anthony was a former Boy Scout leader and enjoyed going camping with his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews through the years and, more recently, the motorhome trips to Knoebels. He was an extremely loving father and grandfather who took great pride and satisfaction in his children's and grandchildren's many accomplishments. Predeceased by son, Anthony J. Norcia, and former wife, Virginia (McCarty) Norcia, he is survived by wife, Kathleen; daughters, Lynn Norcia (Jeff Blakeslee) of Stirling, N.J., and Kimberly Bush (John Ackerman) of Nazareth, Pa.; grandsons, Garrett Blakeslee and Ian Blakeslee; granddaughters, Emily (Kevin) Miller of Danielsville, Pa., and Olivia Bush of Nazareth, and was blessed to have lived to experience the joy of the birth and to be able to hold his great-grandson, Joseph Anthony Miller; his brother, John Norcia, and sister-in-law, Barbara Norcia; sister, Roseann VanDeursen; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Fred and Louellen Petty, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
