Anthony Lavadour

Our beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away at 96 on August 18, 2018 in Salt Lake City. His last moments of life were doing what he enjoyed--playing blackjack and eating a steak dinner in Wendover. He was from San Antonio, Texas. He was born on March 11, 1922 to Tomas and Maria Espinosa. He was a go-getter and gave his children everything and more. He was a big boxing fan and loved playing cards. His age did not slow him down a bit. He will be reunited with his wife, Margaret Lavadour, who he loved and missed dearly. He is survived by his children: Anthony, Alvernia (Tony), Faye, and Sharon; stepchildren; grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home located at 4760 South State Street, Murray, Utah 84107. Viewings will be held on Thursday, August 23 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and on Friday, August 24 from 12:00-12:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at Elysian Burial Gardens located at 1075 East 4580 South, Millcreek, UT 84117.
