BEERS Beth (Carrigg) of Lexington, September 25, 1964 - August 18, 2018. Beth was a 1982 graduate of Lexington High School and a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono. She worked at Bridge School in Lexington as a teachers' aide. Wife of Robert Beers. Beloved mother to Ryan, Rachel and Regan Beers. Beth was a long-time resident of Lexington. She and her family spent summers on Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford, NH where she previously served as a board member of the Lake Shore Park Club. Beth was an animal lover and owned a horse through college. She had an amazing ability to make and keep lifelong friends. People were drawn to her tenacious spirit and super sense of humor. She loved to laugh and make others laugh. She will be missed by so many. After a long battle with breast cancer, Beth leaves behind her beloved husband of 27 years, Bob, and their children, Ryan, Rachel and Regan Beers of Lexington; her mother, Jane Carrigg, also of Lexington; her father, John Carrigg, of Meredith, NH; her sister, Julie Charrette and her husband Steve, of Wenham, MA; her brother, David Carrigg and his wife Jennifer, of Manchester, NH; her sisters, Emily and Colleen Carrigg, also of Manchester, NH; a sister, Jennifer Carrigg, of Lexington, MA; a sister-in-law, Debbie Mastrangelo and her husband Mike, of Buffalo, NY; her nieces, Emma, Annabelle and Abigail Ludwig; her nephew, Sam Charrette; and many special friends. Visiting hours at the Douglass Funeral Home in Lexington on Thursday, August 23 from 3:00-8:00PM. Funeral service at St. Brigid's Church in Lexington on Friday, August 24, at 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the Oncology Department, at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, in memory of Beth Beers, to support the greatest needs in patient care.
