On Friday August 10, 2018 our sweet Cindy passed over to meet her Savior and her loved ones who have gone on before her, including her beloved mother. Cindy was born in Fillmore, Utah on October 19, 1957 to Phillip and Darlene Russell. She was a member of The . She graduated from Millard High School in 1975 and later from Dixie College. She married Ronald Lees Higham in the Salt Lake temple on June 1, 1981. Cindy loved genealogy and working on putting together personal histories. She also loved her furry kids and creating and making paper snowflakes. She worked for the Church for 35 years before retiring in 2016. She is preceded in death by her mom, Darlene and her brother, Tracy. She is survived by her husband, Ron; her dad, Phil; her sister, Nancy; and her brother, Toby and many other loved ones. There will be a viewing on August 15th from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home, 1007 South Jordan Pkwy, South Jordan, Utah. Funeral services will be held August 16th at 11:00 am at the same location. There will be a viewing from 10:00-10:45 am prior to the service. Interment will be at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery immediately following.
