Arthur K.Y. WongApril 28, 1934 - August 10, 2018Passed away peacefully in San Francisco on August 10, 2018, at the age of 84, surrounded by his family. Arthur is predeceased by his loving wife Nancy of 42 years, his parents Henry and Fai Ping, his parents-in-law Frank and Kitoi Wong, and his brother-in-law Francis. He is survived by the family he loved so much: his son Malvin and daughter-in-law Connie; his daughter Vivian Valerie Jung and son-in-law Lester Jung; his grandchildren Matthew Jung and Alayna Nancy; his brother James and sister-in-law Melanie; his brothers-in-law Manson (Lisa), Manton (Joanna), Daniel (Elizabeth) and Larry; and his sisters-in-law Janet Chan (Hans Chan) and Shirley. He was also a cherished uncle/great uncle to countless nieces and nephews. Arthur was a humble, kind and generous man, who lived a happy and fulfilled life, traveling all over the world. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Family and friends are invited to attend the Wake Service, Friday, August 17, 2018, at 6:00 pm, and the Funeral Services, Saturday, August 18, 2018, at 1:00 pm, both at McAvoy O'Hara Evergreen Mortuary, 4545 Geary Blvd. @ 10th Ave., San Francisco. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Colma.
