Of Huntingtown, Maryland, peacefully departed this life on August 1, 2018, at the age of 97. She is survived by her sister, Alice Sewell, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 8 at Patuxent United Methodist Church, 3500 Solomons Island Rd, Huntingtown, MD. Visitations are scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m., August 7, 2018 at Sewell Funeral Home, Prince Frederick, MD and from 10 to 11 a.m. at Patuxent Church.
