Ángel Alberto Castro, known to friends as "Angelo," passed away on July 29, 2018, at the age of 88 years, at his home in North Miami Beach. A native of Cuba, the son of Ángel and Dolores, he graduated from University of Havana, after which he practiced law and taught as a professor before leaving for the United States in 1961. He is survived by his with of 45 years, Rula, his son, Alex, and his grandchildren, Nicholas and Anna. A service will be held on Sunday, August 5, at Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Church, 1411 SW 11 Street, Miami.
