Of Owings, MD, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018. Beloved husband of Mary A. [Potter] Beatty, loving father of Carl Beatty, III, Steve Beatty (who passed away in 2013) and Bridgette Phelps. Father-in-law of Rosemary Beatty; grandfather of seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
