Anthony James Giuliano Jr. Dearest brother and uncle, valued his time as altar server at North Caldwell church Anthony James Giuliano Jr., of Fairfield, N.J., died on July 29, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. A Cele-bration of Life Mass will be offered on Thursday, Aug. 2, at 10 a.m. at Notre Dame Church, North Caldwell, N.J., with interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Born in Orange, N.J., Anthony grew up in Essex Fells, N.J. He was predeceased by his parents, Anthony James and Alyce Giuliano. Anthony lived with his sister, Patti and her husband, David Beattie, and their four children for the past 38 years. He graduated from Essex County Vo Tech in West Caldwell, and later worked at the OCEC in Montclair, N.J. Anthony was a longtime parishioner of Notre Dame Church in North Caldwell, and an altar server for eight years. It truly was the highlight of his life. Anthony was a well-known and active member of the Caldwell Community Center, the Caldwell canteen, the community pool, as well as the Livingston YMCA. He enjoyed swimming, dancing, singing, bowling, arts and crafts, and spending time with his family. His quiet, innocent imagination showed everyone around him to appreciate all the little things in life with a childlike joy. His language of love was a hug and a kiss to all he greeted. He will be sincerely missed by all who knew and loved him. Surviving are his beloved siblings, Patti and David Beattie, Maureen and Steve Hennigan, Thomas and Kelly Giuliano, and Kathy and Dennis Davis, as well as seven nieces and five nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Notre Dame Church, 359 Central Ave., North Caldwell, N.J. 07006.
