Frederick Arthur Bogden
1944 ~ 2018
Frederick Arthur Bogden left this earth peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, of natural causes. He was a lifelong resident of Salt Lake City and in his lifetime made many friends who will always fondly remember him.
He was born on February 28, 1944, to Peter James and Marjorie Winegar Bogden. He worked 18 years at Kennecott, which was a tradition for many Bogden family members. He also worked for the Utah Transit Authority as a bus driver and then finished his working career as a long-haul truck driver. He loved the NASCAR races and was fortunate enough to go to several in Las Vegas with his brother. He also loved going to the Reno air show. One of his amazing talents was his ability to remember addresses and all the highways and their locations that he had traveled.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother, Brent Wallace (Lynette) Bogden of Kaysville. Interment will be in the Mount Olivet cemetery.
