BRENDA M. FOXX  (Age 71)  
Passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018 in Washington, DC. She is survived by her nephew, Calvin L. Ruffin, II; great-niece and nephew, Zeni and Baqari Ruffin and a host of wonderful family and friends. Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Inez Smith and father, Stanley McDowell. Services will be held on Friday, July 27 with a visitation at 12:30 p.m. until time of service 1:30 p.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
