Francis "Frank" Blizzard, former resident of El Lago and successful NGL Trader who retired to Brenham, Texas, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, July 18th.
Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, July 22, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham.
