On Monday, July 16, 2018. Loving and devoted husband of Julia L. Smith; beloved father of Linda Leverne Smith, Julia Katina Smith and Charles Reggie Smith; brother of Lula Freeman, Robert Smith, James Smith and the late Phyllis Smith and Alton Maxwell. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Lillian and Kellie Colter, Raven, Ryan, Kyle and Brandon Smith; one great-grandson, Malcolm Rhinehart; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Smith will lie in state at Bibleway Temple, 1100 New Jersey Ave. NW on Monday, July 23 from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment Lincoln memorial Cemetery. Services by Stewart
