Bill England Jr., 71 USPS letter carrier enjoyed retirement in North Carolina Bill England Jr., 71, died on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at his home in Grimesland, N.C. He was born in Summit, N.J., and lived in Warren Township, N.J., before moving to North Carolina 10 years ago. A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 21, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, N.J. Prior to his retirement, Bill was letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. Along with his son, he owned and operated England Towing. Bill enjoyed buying and selling antique cars. He loved being around his dogs and spending time with his family. Surviving are his wife, Patricia England; his son, Billy England and his wife, Amber; his daughter, Nicole England, and his granddaughter, Eleanor England.
