Antoinette A. Mennella Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, formerly of Morristown Antoinette A. Mennella (nee Rocco), 84, formerly of Morristown, N.J., more recently of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., passed away on July 13, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Thursday, July 19, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Ave., Morris Plains, N.J. A Mass of Christian Burial for Antoinette will be celebrated Friday, July 20, at 10 a.m., at St. Virgil's Church, 250 Speedwell Ave., Morris Plains. Interment will follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Morris Township, N.J. Born and raised in Morristown, Antoinette resided in Atlantic Beach, N.C., for a few years, and then in Dingmans Ferry for the past three years. Antoinette graduated from Morristown High School in 1952. She worked in the Morris County clerk's office in Morristown for 17 years, before retiring in 1998. She was also a member of St. Vincent's Church in Dingmans Ferry. Antoinette is survived by her devoted sons, Gerard Mennella (Rene Hennigan) of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Nicholas Mennella (Sabrina) of Morehead City, N.C., and David Mennella of Atlantic Beach. She is also survived by her beloved siblings, Louis Rocco (Sallyann) of Morristown, Rev. Msgr. Remigio Rocco of Dingmans Ferry, and Carm Loughman (Thomas) of Randolph, N.J.; as well as her cherished grandchildren, Nicholas Mennella, Michael Mennella and Isabella Mennella, and seven dear nieces and nephews. Antoinette was predeceased by her parents, Pasquale and Pauline Rocco; her sister, Mary H. Rocco, and her brother, Patrick M. Rocco, all of Morristown. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in memory of Antoinette may be made to the .
