Cynthia A. Faycik Service is Monday Cynthia A. Faycik, 62, of Edison, N.J., died on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Roosevelt Care Center in Edison. The funeral will be held on Monday, July 16, 2018, at 9:45 a.m., from the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Ave. (Rt. 27), Metuchen, N.J., followed by a funeral Mass at 10:15 a.m., at St. Francis Cathedral, Metuchen. Cremation will be private. Visitation will take place Sunday, from 2 to 6 p.m., at the funeral home. Born in Perth Amboy, N.J., Cynthia resided in Edison since 1985. She worked at FedEx as a customer service representative. Prior to FedEx, she had worked at Metuchen Deli and Liquor. She was predeceased by her father, Pasquale "Pat" Sardone (1993); grandparents, Charles and Agnes Steuber and Evelyn and Joseph Sardone, and her brother-in-law, Keith Lane (2017). Cynthia is survived by her mother, Rosemary Sardone of Metuchen; four siblings, Richard of Florida, Greg and his wife, Sandy, of Metuchen, Patricia Farris and her husband, Brian, of Piscataway, and Suzanne of Edison, and many nieces and nephews.
