Carol Chevez Rowell passed away on June 9th in her home in Richmond, CA.
Born in Berkeley she attended Berkeley High School, and later worked for the Albany School District for 35 years. Her daughter, Nicole Rowell Ryan had recently passed in April. She is survived by her son Tony Rowell and her son in-inlaw Ray Ryan and grandsons Forrest and Colby Ryan.
She had a love for animals, the ocean, cooking, reading books, and loved to go fishing with her boyfriend Ken David. A Celebration of Life
will be held Saturday August 4th, at 1:00pm at the Veterans Memorial Hall, in Albany at 1325 Portland Ave.
