PRADO, ALESSANDRA IDA GIOVANNA PIGNATARO passed away peacefully on July 7, 2018. She is survived by her husband Dr. Francisco Angel Prado, her children: Priscilla (Chris) Prado Stroze, Teresa (Kevin) Palczynski, Francisco Prado, her grandchildren: Ashley, Amanda, Lauren, Erik, Alexander and Aidan and her niece Maria and nephew Francesco. She was predeceased by her father Nilo Pignataro, mother Maria Ferrero Pignataro and brother Pietro Pignataro. Born in Padova, Italy on July 20, 1938 she lived in various parts of Italy. She graduated from the University of Rome with a degree in geology. She moved to the U.S. in June 1967 after getting married. She lived in Weehawken, New Jersey before relocating to Miami, FL in the 1970's. In Miami they raised their three children. She was a loving mother and Nonna, very dedicated to her family and grandchildren. Services will be held at Caballero Rivero Funeral Home located at 8200 Bird Road, Miami, FL 33155 on July 10, 2018 from 6-10 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church located at 7377 SW 64 Street, Miami, FL 33143 on July 11, 2018 at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Caballero Rivero cemetery located at 14200 SW 117 Ave. Miami, FL 33186.
